Terms of Service

Last updated August 4, 2026

By using Site Checker you agree to these terms. Please read them — they explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

Using the service

Site Checker provides automated audits of publicly accessible websites. You may use it to scan websites you own or have permission to analyse. You agree not to use the service to scan sites in a way that would burden, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service
  • Use automated tooling to run scans at volumes beyond your plan
  • Resell or redistribute reports as your own product without permission
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that breach these rules, with notice where practical.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis depending on the plan you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

If the service does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of being charged and we will refund that payment.

Accuracy of results

Audit results are generated automatically and are provided for guidance only. They are a snapshot of what our checks observed at the time of the scan. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will improve your search rankings, traffic or revenue, and results should not be treated as professional advice.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

The service, its branding and its underlying software remain our property. The reports generated from your scans are yours to use as you see fit.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site Checker is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
